Free 15-Minute Consultation

We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation that can be conducted over FaceTime or Zoom. This session allows you to discuss your aesthetic goals with one of our experts and receive personalized recommendations before committing to a full appointment. To book your free consultation, please indicate your preference for FaceTime or Zoom when scheduling.

Appointment Preparation

What to Bring?

Please bring a valid ID, any relevant medical records, and a list of current medications. If you are undergoing a skin treatment, we recommend arriving with a clean, makeup-free face.

What to Expect During Your First Visit?

Your first visit will include a comprehensive consultation where we will assess your needs and discuss treatment options. For treatments like HydraFacial or Accent Prime, our practitioner will explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have.

How to Prepare?

For most treatments, minimal preparation is required. However, if you are scheduled for a more intensive procedure, we will provide specific instructions, such as avoiding certain skincare products or medications prior to your visit.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the remaining time available.

Rescheduling

To reschedule your appointment, simply contact us by phone or online at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We’ll be happy to find another time that works for you.
